1. What does is mean to be PROVIDER POWERED?
  PROVIDER POWERED means that ReferralClick.com depends on its provider community and members for updates and information. This website is truly a community of doctors, hospitals, ancillaries, and other healthcare providers. We don’t depend on payors, government agencies, or other non-provider entities to update this database. Being PROVIDER POWERED means more accurate and relevant information to help area providers in their day-to-day activities.
2. How does my organization’s information get posted on ReferralClick.com?
  You can have your office’s information posted on the site in less than 24 hours. Once you complete the online registration, a ReferralClick.com Member Manager will contact you and complete the process. In most cases you will have access the same day. Click here to start member registration.
3. Who updates my provider’s information on ReferralClick.com?
  As a member of the ReferralClick.com community, you have the ability to update your office’s information 24 hours per day. Once you save your changes, your office’s new information will be immediately posted and reflected when other members search the site.

Why is this important? Often doctors join (or leave) offices, new marketing representatives are hired (or fired), new payor contracts are signed (or dropped) and address or phone numbers change – all these change events disrupt your office’s normal referral rhythm and overall service to referral providers. Your ReferralClick.com membership will allow you to change your profile immediately – updating new doctors, insurances, and other important office information.
4. What are the costs associated with my ReferralClick.com listing.
  Basic membership to include your office’s listing is free. There are several levels of membership for ancillary providers which offer special access, functionality, and added exposure. Contact ReferralClick.com to receive information on ancillary membership levels.
5. When will ReferralClick.com be available in my area?
  ReferralClick.com is growing! Our initial area is East Hillsborough County, but we’ll soon move west into the rest of Hillsborough County and eventually into Pinellas County 2009.
6. Can I recommend a provider in my area?
  Yes! Just click the recommend button on the main page. All new ancillary referrals which generate listings above the basic free listing will be rewarded!
7. Where can I send a suggestion on how to make ReferralClick.com better?
  Send any suggestions to suggestions@referralclick.com. All emails suggestions will be answered.
8. How else can ReferralClick.com help my office?
  ReferralClick.com can perform the following:
  • Provider look-up by specialty, service, location, and payor – search by one or all variables.
  • Open searches if you only know a few letters of the doctor or facility’s name.
  • Multiple ways to get provider information to patients – cell text messages, emails, or print-ours.
  • Access to other office information to include hours, provider numbers, and office contacts.
  • An online file drawer so offices can post online files to include demographic sheets, patient information flyers, and other information – all available instantly after upload.
  • Added exposure on www.HealthCloud.com, our consumer based healthcare search site (coming soon!)
